French Gilt Bronze Ormolu Scent Perfume Caddy 5 Bottles

This beautiful 19th C French Ormolu Perfume Caddy holds 5 thick and sturdy crystal glass bottles which could possibly be Baccarat. It is being re-listed, as the original winner decided to forfeit. Four of the scent bottles are curved to fit securely in the gilt ormolu bronze caddy. Three of the bottles have minor damage as pictured, but cannot be seen when the bottles are in the caddy. The center cylindrical bottle has a domed cover that lifts off easily. Two of the four crystal stoppers seem to be original to the piece and the remaining two (which are different sizes) were added by the dealer I purchased this from. Small flea bites are present. The stoppers can be found in many antique shops or on the Internet and are easily replaceable. The base is removable and is signed FRANCE on the outside bottom. On the interior of the base, there is a pinhole with the numeral 2 above it. At first I thought that there might be a pin missing, however I don't see anyplace for a pin to secure to. The numeral 2 is also stamped on the inside rim of the base. The measurement from the top of the center finial to the base is 5" h and the total weight is 2 lbs. 2 1/2 oz. I have never cleaned the bottles or the bronze ormolu which could benefit from a careful cleaning if you so desire. Please contact me if you have any questions or would like additional photos.
