French Haviland Limoges Meadow Visitor set of 8, NR

This is an exquisite set of very early 19th century French Haviland & Co Limoges in highly collectible "Meadow Visitor" pattern in excellent condition.
The set dates to 1876-1880 and was produced and decorated by Haviland for Davis Collamor & Co - fine porcelain importer in New York. It consists of 4 demitasse cups and 4 saucers and made out of high quality thin semi-translucent porcelain. Each cup features a different butterfly over the spray of straw flowers. Cups are measured approximately 2 3/16" at mouth by 2 1/4" high, saucers are 4 3/4" in diameter. All cups and saucers are marked with green "H&C" underglazed mark unique to 1876-1880 period and blue painted Davis Collamor & Co mark.
