On furniture items we cannot combine them in one box due to their unique size, shape and weight for their protection in shipment. More Shipping Info: All of our items are custom packaged according to the items specific needs by our professional packager with 20 years of experience. Shipping furniture is more delicate than small items. Occasionally even the best packing cannot withstand being dropped or handled carelessly by shippers. You must report damaged items to us within 24 hours. All package materials, box, wood, crate, etc. must be retained for damage inspection by all Shippers. For Greyhound shipments, you need to open your package at the terminal in case of damage, so a damage report can be made immediately and claim filed at your terminal if you are unable to do so you are required to return the item for inspection along with all packing materials/box within 5 days. For DHL shipments they require a repair estimate or estimate of non-repair for some items, at their discretion. We have no control over this. This is their policy.
