Excellent condition - solid, between embossed covers with light bumping. I believe this 32-page brochure was produced by the Compagnie Generale Transatlantique for that brief period of time between the FRANCE of 1912's withdrawal from service in 1934 and the advent of the NORMANDIE in 1935. The principal steamers during this year were the SS PARIS of 1921 and the SS ILE DE FRANCE of 1927. This brochure contains a wealth of beautiful photos depicting the refurbished first-class interiors of both of these elegant liners accompanied by drawings of the elegant passengers who filled them and 3-d diagrams of the finest cabins aboard.
