Up for auction is a wonderful old clock that dates to 1893. This clock was presented to Morris L. Lempert on December 12, 1893 as stated on the front plaque. This is a French L. Marti MÃ©daille De Bronze mantle clock. I believe the stone is marble which has wonderful natural veins. T are 4 columns on the front of the clock. T is a glass faceplate over the timepiece with a slight chip in the top left corner. This is an 8 day clock that is in good working condition and keeps accurate time and has a nice chime. The key is included. T is some damage to the marble as shown in the pictures and is sold as is. This clock measures 13-1/4" wide x 5-1/2" deep and is 11-1/8" tall. This is a lovely old clock and would be a nice addition to any collection. This is a very heavy item and will be carefully packaged to insure it arrives safely.
