This is a stunning porcelain figure of a young lady produced by Samson of Paris, France, in the late 1800's to early 1900's. She has a beautifully painted face with delicate features and nice coloring. She stands on a gold gilt scrolled base measuring a little over 8 inches tall. Her condition is excellent, the only flaw I see is that the flower in her hand has chipped and someone tried to paint it over, leaving a bit of paint. Her fingers are all fine and she is excellent everyw else. Marked on the back base with the Samson blue underglaze marking. Wonderful figure to display! ~Please take a look at my other fine antiques listed on auction this week, I am happy to combine shipping and take great care in packing. Thank you and good luck!~
