NEW NEW ARRIVAL! This auction is for this antique desk that came out of an attorneys house in Beverly Hills. Its been in t family since the 1920's and was passed down from my clients father to him and he no longer has the space for it. Its just beautiful. Please call me with more questions and we did put make an offer on the listing so t is a little room. He was told its worth about $8 -10,000 and felt it will make a great addition to any home. If it doesnt sell in a few months he will put this piece up for action at Sotherbys antique auction sales. We think its french made and are unsure but we do know it is over 100 years old and its not a replica and its truly an antique. It is hand made peg construction of solid cherry.we think. The side has a double locking drawer and a hide away drawer behind the front with a seperate lock to store valuables and a carved edge. The piece is finished on all sides.
