This (I believe) is a French Ruby holster and non-firing original pistol. They are both from the World War I era. The belt (I believe) is German from that same era, but I am not sure. The pistol is an original "Ruby, .32 caliber" but does not fire. The original parts are all there, but the hammer cocking linkage is not aligned properly. Otherwise, the pistol is in good condition with some pitting evident on the slide and frame. The bore is good, with plenty of strong rifling left. The hardwood grips are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There is a second clip included in the holster pouch.
