French Sevres Porcelain Floral Plate circa 1785 Album Album Album Album Album Album French Sevres Porcelain Floral Plate circa 1785. A superb Sevres Plate with beautiful blue border and lavish hand painted gilt design in meticulous detail. The gilt designs with panels of finely hand painted flowers and a central medallion with a spray of hand painted roses. All the hand painted work of First Class quality. The plate bears the Sevres mark and date code for 1785, it also bears the decorators mark in gilt of Chauveaux, gilder and painter who worked for Sevres 1753 - 1788.
