This beautiful pair of Friedman silver plated candelabras was purchased shortly after the end of WW II by my husband's great-aunt. They were passed down to my mother-in-law by her aunt sometime in the 1960's. She is downsizing her apartment and has no room for these. She had them re-silvered about 10 years ago. She displayed and used these so they have minor wear but are in excellent condition.
These can be configured many different ways. They can be used with the (6) glass inserts, (6) silver plate inserts, or as candlesticks only, etc. T ARE 16 PIECES in this set. Thanks ***************ADDITIONAL INFORMATION************** I have compared these candelabras to another set like them on the internet which is listed at $750.00. This set has silver soldering at the center support, as the branches are heavy and it keeps them secure. I do not know if that is original or was done at another time. I can not tell from the picture of the other pair whether they are soldered or not so I have posted a picture of my pair for clarity. Each candelabra weighs 7 3/4 pounds WITHOUT the glass inserts. The glass inserts are in excellent condition, no chips or cracks. They are thick, heavy glass. Two of them have a slight spotting on them. I don't know what this is from, they have never been in a dishwasher. Otherwise they are clear.
