Correction this is a Friedrich Wessel not a Frankenthal figurine. This Friedrich Wessel made in Germany Spanish Dancer figurine has a lovely Dresden lace dress in ivory-white trimmed in black. There are petite china flowers accenting the dress. All look like they are in good condition with no chipping. The bodice of the dress is bright yellow with a black floral design. She wears a red and black scarf around her neck and a gold-trimmed tiara on her head. The lace on her blouse ruffles are also trimmed in gold. There has been some minor chipping to the black lace on the dress which happened when rewrapping. This figurine has had one owner and has been kept in a china cabinet and is therefore in good condition other than the chipping to the black lace on the bottom ruffles. I have looked over the piece thoroughly with a loupe and can find no cracks or chips. The bottom of the figurine had green felt and so I peeled it back so that you can see the maker's mark. I left the felt on and did not clean off the glue residue. This Friedrich Wessel dancer measures 7-1/2"x5-1/2". Please email with any questions.
