Welcome to my nursery! ~Proud to Present~~~~~~Little Monkey sculpt by Bonnie BrownNow~Pippa~Date of ReBirth: 24/011/2012Weight - 2.8lb (approx)Length: 16 inches~~~~~~Detailed soft vinyl with full 3/4arms & full legs~~Genesis heat set paints~~Lightly textured & mottled preemie complexion~~Soft blue tones to give 'thin skin' look~~Delicate subtle veining~~Tipped and sealed 'clipped' nails~~Doe Suede body, filled and weighted with quality materials~~No sand ever used in my babies~~~~~~Pippa has been brought to life from the very popular and SOLD OUT Little Monkey kit by Bonnie BrownIf you like this little girl and want to adopt her, please don't miss this chance as she won't be replicatedI have to be honest and say, Pippa is my all time favourite, as she is the replica of my daughter when she was born, so it will be very hard to see her go~~~~~Pippa has been reborned by using many thin layers of Genesis Heat Set paints, which will never chip or fade, resulting in a timeless heirloom, to be passed on through the yearsPippa is a little prem baby and has the most realistic and lifelike skin tones that I could possibly achieve, right from the delicate veining and mottling in all the right places, blue undertones where a baby would naturally have 'thin skin', to the tips of her little fingers and toesLast but not least, I have applied varnish all over, to give depth to her colouring and lightly texturise her complexion, without feeling roughNo small detail has been over looked, no little crease or wrinkle has gone untouched, resulting in this gorgeous and 'so real' babyI have left Pippa bald as most prem babies tend to have little or no hair, but she has detailed scalp to make up for itBaby's arms and legs have been weighted using micro glass granules, her head using steel shot sacks and jointed doe suede body using steel shot sack surrounded by faux fleece, resulting in a totally balanced little baby. I've not completely filled her little body with faux fleece, so that there's room for movement. Her head has been realistically weighted and will need a little supporting, just as a real baby's does.I never use sand in any of my babies, so it's safe for them to travel anywhere~~~~~I try my best to take good quality photos and post them large to show up every detail. Most of Jana's photos have been taken by a large bay window, in completely natural lighting, to give true representation of the baby's colouring and detail, but I have also had to use a low wattage day lamp due to the dull weather.
