You are looking at an extremely beautiful and interesting limited issue of an art glass.
At the bottom it says: newworkshop(a few , either Japanese, or Chinese letters), 1995, #171 out of 696 pieces.
The glass is rather thick and heavy, with 3 different shadings, and lots of bubbles inside.
It is made into a lilly leaf with tthe stem.It comes in 2 pieces, as you could see it on the pictures.
The detailed reflection of frog's life cycle stages is amazing, from eggs to an adult frog.
Dimensions:
H - 3 3/4, with the frog on the top of a leave cover - 4 1/2 in.
Diameter of the leave - 5 in.
Base (stem) diameter - 2 in.
One bubble at the rim of the top is deflated, probably during making the glass.
No chips, cracks. Excellent condition.
