This auction is for the enamel Frosty Snowmen ornament distributed by Figi called Inside Art. The ornament is mint and has never been used on a tree. It has been in my storeroom. The ornament is in the red silk looking box it came in. The ornament is about 9 1/2 inches around. Inside Art was painted by artists from the Manchurian providence of China. The technique is very interesting. The artist painted the complete design through the hole in the top of the ornament--all of the paint is inside the ornament--nothing is on the outside. I did get to see an artist painting an ornament. Very intricate. The enamel ornaments were the most expensive--guess the enamel costs more. The Frosty Snowmen ornament has a snowman family--man, lady, and child--on it. The back of the ornament is fir type trees with snow. The ornament is in shades of blue. I am listing another of these ornaments in my store Finch and Company. I will ship by prioirty mail--packing the ornaments in styrofoam peanuts/popcorn to protect it. The ornament box has no protection except it keeps it in place. Thank you for looking.
