Specifics This is a Fulgurite from Polk County, Florida. As described below, these little wonders are actually the reminants of lightning strikes in quartz rich sand. This is a free form item and the dimensional measurements are our best effort to give you a sense of the size of this item. It weighs 16.86 grams (.595 oz) and is hollow throughout and open on both ends, sandy-rough on the outside and glassy smooth on the inside.
