FULPER "Porcelaine" Novelty Hand-Painted Powder Box Cover Charming vintage Fulper hand-painted powder-box cover. Originally designed to sit over a powder box or jar. Unmarked, but stamped "Patent Pend" on the inside. CONDITION: Excellent condition, slight wear along the bottom edge, commensurate with age. Otherwise perfect. Please see photos.
