The Item is New and Factory Sealed.Current pictures showing the condition of the item are showing for the Smaug I have available.--I have been contacted by a few people asking about the condition of the item. I have added additional pictures. I am not a professional grader or specifically a Funko Pop! collector but I am a collector of other goods such as Hot Toys and Figuarts, just to name a few.
