As can be seen in the pictures the unit is in great shape with exception to one rear rack fin that is slightly bent and a few scuffs on the bottom from normal use . This is one the the best isolated transformer units ever built and is of professional quality and is a need for higher and better production needs. When your gear runs smoother it performs optimally an produces higher quality results with less equipment faults and failures. New this unit was very expensive now no longer in production. If you own a home studio or professional studio, "Professional" meaning you get paid for your services, and your gear isn't working from an Isolated Transformer such as this one listed you technically aren't professional as far as your sound. This unit will take any studio from armature to professional like night to day. It can give a 16 db increase in your tape medium. Meaning you can get a more robust, fatter solid sound in the same amount of recording vertical tape space. If you've ever wondered why you can't achieve that professional sound this is part of it. Cabling goes a long ways as well, microphone placement etc...
