Handmade Sword - Razor Sharped Battle Ready Furubushidoo Fully Handmade Fold Steel Practical Katana W/ Maintain Kit & Deluxe Silk Swordbag The Furubushidoo Practical Handmade Katana has a hand forged and folded AISI 1060 high carbon steel blade. Heat tempered with traditional processes to produce an extremely sharp edge with 2/3 blood groove on both side of the blade. 10 times folded balde shows about 1024 layers on the blade. Each sword in this series utilizes a one-piece brass construction habaki (blade collar) that enables the blade to fit securely into the saya (scabbard), and antique blackened bronze Demi-God tsuba. The saya (scabbard) is done with a deep black piano lacquer and tied with imported Japanese cotton sageo. The tsuka is wrapped with authentic ray skin (same) and black leather ito. Package comes with maintain kit, deluxe silk sword bag and more you need. This sword can be totally disassembled or assembled. It only made limited pieces.
