Very rare and collectable Gamewell Fire Alarm Telegraph. Circa 1890's - 1910. Solid brass case and cast iron base. Very heavy approx. 25lbs. As found condition with original dust,dirt and paint splatters! Very easy and fun restoration. Brass case enclosed by beveled glass. Top glass cracked, one side has edge chips ,one side perfect. Original large cast bronze Key. One small round brass pivot cover missing on front left side. Easy fix. Beautiful paper tape wheel in brass with original tape left from the last time this alarm operated. 9.5 inches long - 10 inches high including tape wheel - 5 inches wide Runs well and punches holes in paper tape.
