Garibaldi, The Man and the Nation by Paul Frischauer 1935. Published in New York by Claude Kendall & Willoughby Sharp. Very Good Red Cloth (water spot on front cover, see picture) all else near fine) hardcover, slight toning to pages, orginal bookmark present but detached has left dark mark on page it has rested on for years. Poor condition Dust Jacket with much chipping, toning, old tape repairs interior, NOT price clipped, original price of $3.50 still present. This is a First Edition book. Structurally this book is solid, clean and unmarked, except for authors signature "To Miss --- (cannot decipher) Paul Frischauer" . This is a fine history of the great Italian, Garibaldi, who liberated Italy. Includes an interesting section on Garibaldi's South American war. Illustrated. Will ship in U.S. media Mail via USPS.
