This is a beautiful 50's style fashion hat and bag combo for Cissy and her same size friends. The body is a wide brim navy dyed natural straw with a colorful silk and cloth floral garland encircling the crown. The matching bag has double strap handles and matching corsage. So pretty. I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand. I have a 20 year archive of Millinery supplies to pull from. All from my smoke free home.
