Gathering of Prim Quilt Pumpkins in Vintage Enamelware

Welcome.......this listing is for a wonderful gathering of primitive hand made quilt pumpkins displayed inside of an old vintage enamelware pan. This arrangement would look great as a centerpiece on your table or on top of that old cupboard or dry sink! First of all, the enamelware pan is a buttercream color with a green trim and it has a terrific vintage appearance with just a few chips or worn spots. T are no holes in the pan. The pan is large and measures about 11" across and 3" tall. I have tucked inside of this old enamelware pan, eight hand made pumpkins in a nest of natural straw excelsior. The pumpkins measure between 2-1/2" and 4" across. They are made out of an old vintage quilt. When the sewing was completed on the pumpkins, I sponged them with a coffee/vanilla mixture and rubbed them with ground cinnamon and cloves. They dried to a wonderful primitive appearance. Each of the pumpkins has a real birch twig for a stem and I have placed a bit of moss around each stem. I then tied a stained Fall plaid print tie around each stem for "leaves". To complete this gathering, I have placed sprigs of Sweet Annie around the pumpkins together with stems of faux Fall colored berries. I have also placed a vintage Thanksgiving postcard in with the pumpkins. It has a great picture on the front of a Pilgrim holding a large pumpkin. It does not have any writing on the back....but has a place for a one cent stamp. Please email me with any questions. Paypal is the preferred method of payment and I accept credit and debit cards.
