Hi t.......this auction is for a gathering of primitive miniature turkeys and pumpkins which are displayed in an old vintage muffin tin. This sweet arrangement would look great sitting in the center of your holiday table (the turkeys can be faced any direction) or on that old cupboard top. First of all, for the muffin tin.....it measures about 13" long, by 7" wide and about 1-1/2" deep. It has eight muffin cups and the muffin tin has a wonderful old vintage patina! I made four miniature turkeys out of fabric. Two of the turkeys are out of a pale brown striped fabric and two are out of a Fall print fabric. Each of the turkeys has a hand stitched "beak" and tiny black seed beads for eyes. When the sewing was completed, I sponged them with my coffee/vanilla mixture and rubbed them with ground cinnamon and cloves. They have dried to a perfectly prim appearance. For their tail "feathers", I used pieces of vintage quilts which I stained and stiffened and hand stitched to the backside of each turkey. Each of the turkeys has a piece of grungy jute twine tied around its neck. I pinned, with a rusty safety pin a tiny bell to each tie. Overall, the little turkeys measure about 4" tall and 5" wide. T are four pumpkins tucked inside of this muffin tin with the turkeys. They measure about 2-1/2" across. Two are made out of an orange plaid homespun
