This is an auction for a specially commissioned BR Maroon/Black Ends Inspection Saloon coach no. M45035M (in service through eras 7,8 and 9) exclusively made for NGS by Farish and fantastically detailed. Only a short run of this model ( 374-875R ) was produced - so this is a real collectors item - grab a bargain now! The LMS, and later BR, built a number of Saloons to allow Managers, Staff and Guests to inspect the railway in style. These coaches have a characteristic central kitchen area with two large saloons and windows at both ends. Due to the function usefulness and comfort of these vehicles, they remained in service throughout the BR period and a small number even lasted long enough to receive EWS livery. This model features a detailed interior, separate glazing, numerous separate fittings and NEM couplers in close-coupling mounts. It is also supplied with some accessory parts to fit, including roof air horns and steam or diesel era lamps as appropriate This item is Brand New in its Box . Will be well packaged for sending out.
