O Gauge Lionel Engine 1110 + Tender 1949 Runs 2-4-2 Up for bid is O Gauge Engine made by Lionel Corporation in the form of a 2-4-2 Locomotive Engine # 1110. This engine has been tested and is in running condition, but as with all older locomotives could use a cleaning/oiling/grease. I believe this is a Type 2 production of this particular engine as it has the rubber stamp numbers on the die-cast body, a fiber reverse lever, spoked drive wheels, and there is no hole or indication of a hole above the headlight as later type 3 & 4 models had. With the engine comes tender that I do not think is original as it has Lionel Lines on it instead of Lionel Scout. As expected the engine has some nicks and paint chips on it but in overall good condition. The tender does have one ladder rung on the back broken off. Questions always welcome as I aim to describe all aspects of my items to the best of my ability. This item is being sold as is. I will combine shipping on multiple purchases.
