This is part of a large lot of American Flyer trains and related accessories that I am selling. All items are exactly what you see in the pictures. All items are used. Nothing is in mint condition. I believe the trains were purchased by my uncle in the late 1940's and/or early 1950's. The last time it was assembled was around 1976. Everything worked back then, but it's been in storage ever since, so I can not make any other representations. Everything is sold "as is". All items are sold without reserve. Where possible, I'd be happy to combine shipping. I'm not an expert on American Flyer trains. If you have any questions, or have information I should add to the listing, please let me know. This item: This is a handmade tunnel, specifically built for my uncle's American Flyer train set up. The train in the picture is NOT included. It is used to show how well the A.F. train fits in the tunnel. The tunnel is made of plywood, heavy chicken wire and plaster. It is about 60 years old, and is showing its age. It has cracks and chips throughout all as shown in the pictures, but with some TLC, it could be a great addition to any layout. It weighs about 25 pounds, so I'll ship via USPS Parcel Post. I was asked the dimensions of the tunnel. From the back corner to the front of the tunnel entrances, it is a bit more than 2 feet in each side. read more
