Gay Comics #27 Burnpile Rescue Millie the Model Tessie the Typist Willie 1947Well, the condition of this item would not have been too bad if it wasn't for the spine burn and water damage.Don't really see defects like tears and such.LOL, just came across a page where Millie the Model gets "goosed" by an ostrich!!! Remember this is the "Good Girl" art era!GCD only has the cover for this issue, so, Hey! Just came across a Basil Wolverton story! Cool! Wow! a 4 pager! Okay, verifies COMPLETE! Story goes from 5 to 6 on a Lil Abner wannabe story, LILY-BELLE (Good Girl again!), "The Groovie Movie!"Again the covers are seperated by the spine being burned off and is barely attached at the bottom with a bit of tape.Otherwise, water waviness throughout. But, other than related defects, don't see much to complain about. However, scrutinize the scans, that is what they are there for.How to price it? Well, I tend towards Fixed Price with a Make Offer, rather than an Auction. The most recent Overstreet I can find is from 2009... it says $33 in Good and around $66 in Very Good... $99 in Fine... but, then, that WAS 6 years ago.I am going to do a BIN of $33PLEASE READ: I understand that this is likely too high for this item, however, it is expected to accept offers.
