You are bidding on General Electric Eight Transistor Accent Line Miniature Portable Radio. This GE 8-Transistor Radio comes with its original box, plastic carrying case, and earphone. The GE 8 Transistor Radio and the plastic carrying case are an off-white color. The inside back of the Radio is marked P1715A and P1716A with a Model Number stamped in yellow '3543'. We do not know the year of manufacture, but estimate it to be before 1963 as t is no Zip Code in the GE address on the box. The General Electric 8 Transistor Radio measures 2-3/4 inches long, 4-1/2 inches tall and 1-1/2 inches deep. It is an AM radio. The Radio is in good condition and works. In fact, after changing the battery, we were able to pick up the Ohio State Football Game!!! The earphone adaptor works when plugged into the back of the radio. The plastic handle on the carrying case is torn on one side. This is a nice pocket radio - brings back the good old days!!! If t are any questions about this item, please email us PRIOR TO BIDDING.
