This is for a used GE Radio 260 . It runs on AC as well as battery but I have no idea of how or

what kind of battery it uses or if it is in the radio.Inside the radio is really clean but It definetely needs work I turned it

on and got a faint hum noise,

but nothing else. Its bands of receive are listed on the dial glass: STD,49M,31M,25M,19M,16M.

It has some scratches and t on the casing. The cord is kind of frayed w it goes into the housing in the

bottom of the unit. It is made of some kind of metal it looks like steel but i could be wrong. The tuning dial and needle

do move but not always to the far left or right. Two of the pushbutton selectors are broken and one is missing. I have

had this radio for a number of years and have had ambitions of having it fixed i imagine it would be nice all fixed up it

but I lost interest, do not know how to fix these radios so I am offering it on Ebay, IN AS IS

CONDITION and AS DESCRIBED. Please feel free to ask any questions. Please do not bid if you do not intend to

pay. I prefer PAYPAL and i also accept MONEY ORDERS, but no checks, and they will have to clear before it is

shipped out. Shipping to the Continental US only. This radio weighs about 20 LBS so shipping will not be cheap.
