U p for sale is the inlet guide vane off a GE TF39 jet engine. These engines were exclusively used on the Lockheed C-5 Galaxy. The TF39 IGV is comprised of 2 rings; this is the inner section, and it measures approx 6' tall. The width of the outer ring is approx 10". It is relatively light for its size - one person can carry it around. It has been powder coated, but the coating can be easily removed with paint stripper. The entire assembly also comes apart (blades separate from rings). The powder coat is in ok condition with some scuffs in areas. This is sold for scrap/aesthetic uses and is not airworthy.
