This Posterior Meg comes from the Southeast coast of the U.S. At over 2 1/2 this is large for a posterior position tooth and the quality is superb throughout. The only flaw this specimen has is the little chip w the enamel meets the root on one side. This flaw is evident in the pics and is greatly exaggerated by the magnification. The root is perfect and much of the non-display side is covered in pyrite. The bourlette is very nice and nearly 100% complete. The enamel shows outstanding preservation, almost zero peel, great color and the best natural gloss you will come across. The serrations are killers, t large and razor sharp with a perfect tip. A true collector quality posterior tooth. Length: 2.567 inches Width: 2.251 inches THIS FOSSIL IS 100% NATURAL WITH NO REPAIR OR RESTORATION. I NO LONGER WILL SHIP TO SPAIN OR ITALY!
