Sears Roebuck Gem Roller Organ Antique Gem Roller Organ, made by the Autophone Co. of Ithaca, NY and sold by Sears Roebuck and Co. Chicago with 10 wooden cobs (rollers). The organ date is no longer visible on the bottom but based on construction is probably around 1902. This organ is beautifully restored by an expert using like original parts and materials and it plays great. It has all new bellows and reservoir cloth, new felt/leather valve pads, new leather flap valves. The valve keys are free of rust and perfectly aligned. There is some loss of the original finish as shown in the photos. There are three new cobs and seven originals. The original cobs are in good playing condition with some rust and few loose, bent or missing pins. All have been tested in the organ and play well.
