Gemelli'sBarman Corkscrew

Offered is Carlo Gemelli 1959 design patent, double lever Barman corkscrew/opener, and complete with its original box. On the box, the corkscrew is described as " A Giant Corkscrew & Bottle Opener!/Pulls All Corks With Ease!/You Can't Mislay This One - It's Too Big! - Light In Weight - Strong ". It certainly is large, measuring 10 3/4 inches tall, and the span of the open levers at exactly 15 inches. It is made of aluminum, and for its size it is fairly light per the claim on the box weighing just 14 ounces.

I consider the corkscrew, including the graphics, to be in excellent to near mint condition. The graphics show no wear and are in close to pristine condition. The box is also in very good condition showing only some normal age coloration and is complete with no tears, missing pieces or damage.

Payment, postage and insurance

U.S. buyers : For In most cases I strongly recommend buyers opt for full insurance, since once I mail the package I cannot be responsible for damage, loss or failure to deliver. If the buyer opts for insurance, in case of loss, damage or failure to deliver, I will provide the buyer with the postage and insurance receipts, but the buyer will be responsible for filing the insurance claim with the post office. Unless otherwise requested, I prefer using Priority Mail, but 1st class is available for smaller items. International buyers : As for I also accept personal checks if payable in U. S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. Bank (please, NO international money orders). An estimate of the shipping cost (which includes a modest handling charge and cost of a Certificate of Mailing) can be calculated in the listing.
