Welcome to my auction! Please check out the other prints I have for sale this week. Auctions will occur every week, so please check back and see the wide range of offerings I have planned! The Print: You are looking at an auction for a genuine Japanese woodblock print by Eisen Ikeda (1790-1848). Eisen was most known for his prints of beauties, and this print is one of his masterpieces. The bijin in this portrait has painted her lower lip green in a manner that was fashionable long ago. This particular print for sale in this auction was masterfully redone by the well-known Adachi publisher. Adachi restrikes are very popular amongst collectors, and since an original of this print would cost thousands of dollars, this is a great chance to own this wonderful hand-made print at a decent price. No details were overlooked in the making of this print, and it's flawless beauty and the master of Eisen's design speaks for itself. Dont miss this opportunity! Thank you for looking and happy bidding! Condition details are below . Details: The print is Oban sized, and in flawless condition. The paper is handmade and has no flaws to speak of. It is attached on one edge to the presentation folder. Please inspect my many photos below. A great piece for framing. Thank you for looking and happy bidding!
