This auction contains the oroigianl comic art page by Gene Colan to Tales of Suspense #39 published by Marvel Comics in 1963. This page is #21 of th back up 2nd story titled Last Rocket. Issue #39 of Tales of Suspense features the 1st appearance and origin of Iron Man. The page is penciled and I believe also inked by Gene Colan . This is a perfect collectors item and framable piece of art by this great comic legend. Piece has been signed by Gene Colan (see picture), has some browning, tears and creasing but none that touch the art. Piece measures about 20 1/2" x 14 1/2".
