Up for your consideration is a Vintage Enameled Copper Plate measuring approximately 8" in diameter. The underside of the plate reads: DEDICATED TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF MAN'S KNOWLEDGE OF THE UNIVERSE, DESIGNED BY ALEXANDER FOR GIHIIIIID, GENERAL DYNAMICS ASTRONAUTICS. The plate depicts the Universe in white with a lone shooting spacecraft, followed by a red line, on a onyx background (flash glare on bottom of plate).
