We found this old campaign card, General Fitzhugh Lee for Governor of VA, in a book we purchased in Raleigh around 20 years ago. It is old and well preserved - from mid 1800s - has an advertisement for a store in Lynchburg VA. He was the n ephew of Robert E. Lee. Wounded at Winchester, he led both a brigade and a division of cavalry in the Army of Northern Virginia throughout the war. Postwar, Lee was elected Consul General at Havana in 1896. It is in verygood condition for its age - PLEASE SEE PHOTOSI pick interesting items from old barns, houses, estate sales, auctions, etc..
