This is a like new Gentex SPH-4 Helicopter Flight Helmet, Model number 0104-0237 from the 1980's with a like new flyer's helmet bag. It is a size x-large (fits hat size head of 7-1/4 and larger). This helmet was purchased in 1987 and used for only two test flights as a helicopter crew person. Program was cancelled and accepted a different job. It has been stored in a closet since. It is in excellent condition with all hearing and speaking electronics. It worked great when used originally but have no method of testing now. It comes with a smoke color visor installed. It is a one visor model. Included with the helmet are the flight helmet original instructions for use and one set of ear cup spacer kit in sealed package. It is equiped with ear cups, microphone, and helicopter electronics plug. I see no scratches or marks on the helmet and no stains or wear indications on the interior parts. The bag looks like new and no marks or tears or wear. The bag has two medium sized pockets inside.
