This set of pickups along is for sale as I am having a clear out of bits and bobs I've accumulated over the years. These pickups were removed from the guitar (1994 Fender American Standard Stratocaster 40th Anniversary Model) around 5-6 years ago. The neck and middle pickups are the originals fitted by Fender in 1994. The DC resistance of these measures 6.04kOhm and 6.03kOhm respectively. The original bridge pickup failed after some years and was replaced somewhere around 1999 with a new (still genuine Fender) Delta Tone item. This (I think) was slightly higher output than the one it replaced and came with a special no-load tone pot that allows you to take the tone control for that pickup completely out of circuit by setting it to 10. The DC resistance of this bridge pickup measures 8.00kOhm. I believe that when Fender introduced the Delta Tone system, only the bridge pickup and pot changed, so this listing effectively constitutes a full Delta Tone set, albeit with some slightly older neck/mid pickups. In the interest of clearing this stuff quicker, this listing includes the original 1994 volume and tone pots (250kOhm), 5-way switch and jack socket; the upgraded no-load pot (250kOhm) and 0.22uF tone capacitor supplied with the newer bridge pickup; and 6 (previously unused) spare pickup height adjustment screws that probably came read more
