This is a genuin e old clanny lamp manufactured by Laidler of Durham, it`s a restoration project for yo u.This lamp height 9.1/2" has been electrified,the base rim is hole d,the wick holder and fittings are missing as is th e l ock ing screw ,the gauze has one slig ht hole in it.The hand blown original glass has what looks to be a long chip within it,but this is likely to have been a large bubble that has been gro und and polis hed out ,wa ste no t want not it would seem .This is a nice genuine old item for your lamp collection that is new to the market and i s for s ale w ith a realistic and easy reserve,please study my photographs carefully before bidding.
