Here is your chance to own a classic Leslie 3 chime RS3L diesel engine air horn . This is a real diesel locomotive air horn from a retired loco . This horn is extremely loud and ear protection should be worn at all times when blowing this horn . This horn uses (Made in Parsippany N.J. with patent #s) RS style power chambers for more reliability and uses the taller manifold for better clearance . This is a great classic sounding horn . All of the individual bells can be set in either direction and in different positions . I dont see anything cracked or broken . The horn is a bit dirty and should be cleaned or use as is or stripped and painted to suit your needs . The horn has normal dings and wear & tear from about 30 years of faithful service . The I D tag is present but is under the original RR paint . I do not see a date code because of the thick RR paint . The horn will be disassembled for safest possible shipping . Insured shipping is $50. and is for the lower 48 continental United States only . All other locations will probably be higher . All sales are final ! Sold AS - IS , NO REFUNDS .
