I received this hat brand new from a police officer visiting my agency over twenty years ago. I have always had it displayed amongst my other police and military hats until I decided to pack all the hats up and place them in storage. I recently came across these boxes and have decided to offer them on eBay.The hat’s upper cover is made of dark blue cloth with a dark black side rim around the outer perimeter of the hat’s side.
