Genuine Victorian Bale's Mushroom savoury Pot Lid and Base.There is a crack to the lid as can be seen in the pictures as well as the base having a fault on the foot rim. There is some crazing to the glaze on both pieces and some slight brown staining to the side wall of the lid. The base appears to be the right one for the lid and is impressed underneath 1 1/2 which may denote the size.The top of the lid is domed but it is approx 3.25 inches or 8.5 cms in diameter.
