You are bidding on a lovely used; WWII, Army Officers Tropical Khaki Bush jacket only. It includes the belt and buckle. It is made of a lightweight material which feels like a cotton of some kind, might be linen. I cant find a makers label so the following are the sizes as measured: Arm pit to armpit is 20 inches making it about a 40" chest; where the belt goes it is about 17 1/2 inches across; it is about 31 1/2 inches long at the back from top of collar to hem; the inside arm measurement is 20 inches from armpit to cuff. There are no rank badges but it has the patches of the South East Asia Command. It is in great condition with no damage of any kind. It has been kept in a tin army trunk since the early 60s along with lots of other uniform items, most of which are being listed. The trunk is labelled as: 2nd Lieutenant John Miller; 'The Indian Army'. It is in good condition with no damage of any kind. As it has been in a trunk for about 50 years you would expect it to need a good clean but this looks as though it was laundered, ironed and starched before packing away. I am listing lots more items from the same source and will gladly combine packaging to save on postage if at all possible. Buyer will pay actual P + P and I will take payment by paypal, cheque, money order from overseas or cheque or paypal if within the UK. Many thanks read more
