Engraving – How to order Before purchasing please read our terms and conditions Step 1: Decide on the wording you would like engraved onto item The price includes: 20 characters (including spacing) If you would like more please email us Step 2: Decide the font From either: Times New Roman (Recommended for clear result) Arial Comic Sans MS Segoe Script Verdana Step 3: Go through checkout Choose the colour you wish from the "drop down menu" Select the quantity Select "Buy It Now" Step 4: On Checkout Page Enter the wording to be engraved and the font into the "Add Instructions To Seller" box on the Paypal Page. If no font is added then we will use Times New Roman Remember to thoroughly check all wording & spelling before submitting your engraving requirements. We cannot accept returns on items that have been incorrectly engraved, if the fault is not with us If you have trouble locating the box or miss it during payment please email your wording request to More engraving options We can be very flexible with engraving and usually just give a few options to make it easy for our customers. However, if you want something else to what we have offered please email us to see if we can accommodate you. This may include: extra, or different wording different fonts A simple picture engraved (on a zippo lighter for example) These maybe subject to an extra cost of which we would quote before you decide to go ahead. Estimated delivery: U.K is 3-5 working days Europe is 4-8 working days Rest of world varies (please email for details) Payment Options U.K & INTERNATIONAL - We only accept Paypal Orders are only processed once full payment is cleared Returns – Items that are engraved We cannot accept any returns on items that have been engraved unless the item is faulty or the wording is incorrect due to our error Please check you wording before you submit your request thoroughly If you suspect your wording is incorrect due to our error you must notify us within this 7 days of receiving the goods – we will respond to your request. Once you have notified us and received authorisation you must return the item to us within 7 days of the authorisation date. Please include a copy of the invoice and a quick note of the problem. Goods MUST be returned in the original packaging complete and unused. (If you have opened the box to examine then it must be repackaged as received). Please note: Refunds will only be authorised if the above terms are met, authorised and items are fully inspected by our Returns Department. In the unlikely event that the item/s are damaged in transit or faulty at the time of delivery, then please return it to us within 7 days of receipt.
