Geo 111 wine funnel made in London in 1768 by William and Aaron Lestourgeon A rare early Geo 111 wine funnel made in in the year 1768 by the sought after makes William & Aaron Lestourgeon .The funnel is in very good condition with no splits or dents to the body or the spout section,the spout section is a good fit to the body not to tight or loose .The hall marks are good and clear (better than the photos ) with the full set of marks on the bowl and the lion rampant on the spout section the makers mark is a little rubbed at the bottom of it but still readable (it is after all 244 years old ) The funnel is good weight at 75gr or almost 2 1/2 Troy oz the total height is 4 3/4 " or 120 mm the diameter of the bowl is 2 7/8 or 75mm there is no engraving on the funnel or sign that there has been in the past , in conclusion a very good two hundred and forty four year old wine funnel in excellent condition .Thank you for looking Posted with eBay for iPad
