Burritt, A.M., with an introduction by Thomas Dick, LL.D. 1848 Edition - Published by Huntington and Savage, 215 Pearl Street New York Cover is stained, browned, scuffed and rubbed - it was well used Binding is intact and all pages secure You will see two or more torn pages, as well as many, many handwritten notes made in pencil - some notes are scientific in nature and most others seem to be made by school girls to each other The atlas does NOT accompany this volume - I may have it but haven't dug it up yet Intricate drawings, sketches and lots of tables following the 305 pages of study which list the tabulations of the stars, their names, the constellations, etc. This item is sold 'AS IS' - please view pictures carefully to judge its condition PAYMENT DUE 3 DAYS POST AUCTION CLOSE Thank you for looking
