UP for bids today is a phenomonal bracelet and ring set. This is a vintage set, from around the 1970s. The bracelet depicts dual inlaid coral cardinals, with inlaid foliage made of turquoise. The large coral stones which adorn the geometric edges are genuine coral. The ring is done in the same pattern. This set was made by W. Silvers. He was a Navajo artist, who designed alot of pieces in the 60s and 70s. T are some problems with this set though. T are four pieces of coral from the bracelet which have come off. I still have the pieces, and they fit perfectly into the slots. But I am no repair expert and did not want to further damage this piece. I leave re-setting the stones to the new owner. Also, t is one tiny coral piece from the ring that is missing, and I don't have this piece. Also, one of the tails from one of the cardinal birds on the bracelet is missing. I don't have this piece either. See I've had this bracelet for years, and was always going to take a class and fix it....pipe dreams right? hehe. Anyway, I've decided just to sell it, and let a collector or a dealer get the full value out of it. This bracelet was pictured in a Navajo silversmith book, and valued at $1000, without the matching ring. So you're getting a good piece ! My scale is broken right now, but this set weighs about 100 grams. The pieces are thick, with high sterling content. Both pieces clearly marked "W. Silvers". The bracelet measures 6 1/2" around, not including the 1" gap. It's a tall, wide band measuring 2" tall. The ring is about size 5.5-6. Please email any questions prior to bidding. High bidder to pay low shipping of $7.00. Thanks so much for looking!!
