Offered here are a pair of sterling silver, Georg Jensen, blossom shaped, clip-on earrings. Both are marked with the Jensen oval mark used by the jeweler since 1945, although the mark is worn fainter on one earring than the other. Each earring has the word "sterling" marked in several places, includingin two places on the clips. Clearly marked "Sterling, Denmark, 49." The earrings are in excellent, vintage condition, so the silver has a wonderful patina, and is lightly scuffed and from wear. I have gently cleaned, but not polished, the earrings. A rare, vintage style, superbly crafted and beautifully detailed, even down to the back of the clips.
